Customer satisfaction

Our daily actions are driven by our customers’ satisfaction.

  • Quality in production/process, through controlling our processes and reinforcing our production system, to guarantee the quality of our products,
  • Quality in sales & services: the NTN-SNR commercial and quality entities work to obtain complete customer satisfaction. They are guided by customers' demands to propose the best service quality.

Continuous improvement

Continuous improvement must be the NTN-SNR employees’ priority to reach and maintain Quality. We are all required to pursue continuous improvement for our own development and for meeting customers’ as well as regulatory requirements.
