NTN Europe’s new headquarters will open its doors in Annecy in summer 2026. Far more than a real estate project, it represents a major corporate and global transformation initiative—one in which NTN aims to actively involve all employees.

This new headquarters is fully aligned with the industrial transformation undertaken by the Group. In response to profound changes in the sector, the company is adapting its organization to foster more cross-functional, collaborative, and agile ways of working.

The project has a clear ambition: to place people at the heart of this transformation and to make the new building a powerful driver of quality of life at work, collaboration, and attractiveness.

We spoke with Camille Ducoulombier, Director of HR Development and Head of New Ways of Working for the future headquarters.

NTN Europe’s new headquarters and the HR vision: building the company of tomorrow

The HR vision for the company of tomorrow is to provide a modern, responsible, and collaborative working environment that supports both team development and overall performance.

The future headquarters will feature spaces designed to meet employees’ diverse needs:

  • areas dedicated to focus and concentration
  • spaces designed for discussion and collaborative work
  • bright, welcoming surroundings
  • ergonomic furniture that promotes daily well-being

Environmental commitment is also a cornerstone of the project. Designed to meet high energy performance standards, the building aligns fully with the company’s carbon neutrality objectives.

The Flex office model: a natural response to evolving work practices

The choice of a flex office model is a logical response to changing professional practices.

  • Evolving work methods, the rise of remote work, project-based collaboration, and increased internal mobility have reduced the relevance of permanently assigned individual offices.
  • Flexible workspaces encourage interaction and collaboration across the organization.

Not having a designated desk fosters spontaneous exchanges, informal meetings, and smoother information flow between employees.

This new way of working will strengthen knowledge sharing and enhance cross-functionality throughout the company.

Structured support to ensure a successful transition

NTN Europe has implemented a comprehensive support framework to help employees navigate this transformation successfully. A dedicated project team and a network of volunteer contributors have been established to structure initiatives around three key pillars:

  • Living and Working Well Together: encouraging the adoption of more open spaces while promoting respectful and collaborative behaviors.
  • Manager Training : equipping managers to support their teams through the transition and effectively lead within a flex office environment.
  • Leveraging Digital Tools : expanding the use of collaborative technologies to enable a more hybrid, seamless way of working.

Towards a More Seamless Work Experience

The new headquarters will have a broad and lasting impact:

  • For teams, who will benefit from a more modern, agile environment designed to enhance both performance and well-being.
  • For future talent and customers, who will discover a space that reflects NTN Europe’s innovation and ambition.

This flagship project marks a new milestone in the company’s transformation. Through redesigned work practices and an environmentally responsible building, it fosters the emergence of a more collaborative corporate culture while actively contributing to carbon neutrality goals.

The new headquarters fully embodies NTN Europe’s ambition to position itself as a committed leader in the industry of tomorrow.
