SNR SENSORS
A comprehensive range keeping
your vehicle connected

Connect your senses to the future of mobility!

Over 30 years ago, SNR created the world’s first ASB® speed sensor, this demonstrates our knowledge of signal capture technology.
Building on this expertise, we are now capitalising on our in-house know-how and offering a new range of sensors.

Engine management

and vehicle safety

performance

Optimising vehicle performance and efficiency while ensuring safety

Engine management sensors play a central role in monitoring and controlling key aspects of engine operation. They contribute to a smooth drive, reduce emissions, and optimise performance

Capteur_1

Camshaft position sensor (CMP)

Detects the position and movement of the camshaft, crucial for timing control and valve synchronisation in an internal combustion engine.

Capteur_2

Crankshaft position sensor (CKP)

Detects the rotation and position of the crankshaft. It is essential for synchronising fuel injection and ignition system.

Capteur_3

Engine temperature sensor (CTS)

Measures the temperature of the engine coolant, providing crucial information for controlling thermal management and keeping the engine running smoothly.

Unrivalled driving comfort and safety for drivers, passengers and pedestrians

These sensors play a crucial role in improving modern motoring, making an effective contribution to better vehicle control by transmitting wheel-related information.

Confort
Capteur_4

Tyre pressure sensor (TPMS)

Monitors tyre pressure in real time, detects drops in pressure and alerts the driver. It improves safety, tyre durability and vehicle fuel efficiency.

Capteur_5

Wheel speed sensor (ASB®)

Measures the speed of rotation of a vehicle's wheels, providing crucial data for stability control and anti-lock braking systems (ABS).

Respect

for the environmental standards

Environnement

Ensuring compliance with ecological standards and helping reduce a vehicle's impact on the environment

Exhaust gas sensors are key elements in:

Checking the vehicle's particulate emissions,

Reduce emissions by improving vehicle combustion efficiency,

Protecting exhaust system components.

Capteur_6

Exhaust gas pressure sensor (EGP)

Measures the pressure in the exhaust system, crucial for controlling emissions and optimising engine performance.

Capteur_7

Exhaust gas temperature sensor (EGT)

Measures the temperature of engine exhaust gases, providing essential data for engine control and protection, as well as for optimising performance and reducing emissions.

Although important, this launch is just the beginning! The references we are launching today cover thermal applications, as these are the vehicles where the need for parts currently exists. But the aim of this range is of course to expand over the coming months and years to make NTN Europe a key supplier in the sensor market. Extensions to NTN Europe’s product family will aim to cover the latest LV models, extend the HGV range, support electrification and integrate new types of sensors in order to always offer the widest SENSOR range that is as consistent as possible with our customers' requirements.
