"I studied maintenance and as an intern at NTN-SNR, I learnt that it was possible to work in maintenance management. I was immediately drawn to this line of work and I gradually rose through the ranks within the company. For a few years, I worked as a maintenance technician until I was made a production supervisor and then a maintenance manager, which is my current position. I felt personally driven to work in this field and I believe that my own background also played a role in my career in the industry: my father spent the whole of his career at NTN-SNR! As a woman, I find that there is a lot of goodwill in my relationship with male colleagues: I am pampered more than judged!"
